Extract Materia Problem?

Materia extracted was inconsistent with what was actually received. Log shows that battledance materia II was received, but inventory shows that a quickarm materia III was actually received.

Steps:
1. Extract materia from Vigil haubergeon
2. Extract materia from HQ garnet ring
3. Access Company Chest
4. Click on Tab 4
5. Place materia into Company Chest
6. Notice that the savage aim materia III is in the chest, but the battledance materia II is not - check log to see that a quickarm materia III was placed in the chest instead of a battledance materia II
