FFXIV Needs a wardrobe system.

FFXIV always goes about "part of the way there" when it comes to systems and options.

I suggest they add a "wardrobe" system, that allows the player to access a menu or area, in which you can "try on" literally any piece of gear in the game.

Put it in the Inn room if its needed.

This system already is basically in place. Item linking system in the chat log (access to all items.) "Try-on" system. That already exists. The marketboard, allows the player access to sharable items.

Just.. they arent connected.

Just like how you cant save your settings for the title screen, and pick from all options. Some players have some options and others have other options, and none of the options get saved.

Just like Gunbreaker and Dancer. Or Blue Mage, or basically anything released since 5.0, its all just "some of the way there."

Just a thought, of my many many many many many many thoughts.

How about a glam log that does that and keeps track of your glams. So we can have a good glam system and get rid of the lousy dresser.

Unless the Glam Log has features to replace the Dresser, I definitely agree. Also more Glam Plates please.

The only feature from the dresser are the plates. My suggestion was made assuming we would keep plates.

Mb, with save try on. Its basically already in the game. I dunno why inn rooms can't get a MB, this would save 2 zone loads in most cases. While we are at it, MB housing item and glamour dresser plz.

The storage becomes completely unnecessary if the glamour system is converted to a properly functioning glamour log.

Keeping it around as an access point to a glamour log would be okay, but not ideal. I'm mostly happy as long as glamour gets changed to a log based system from an inventory based one, significantly more glamour plates are added, and applying glamour plates can be done anywhere outside of instances instead of in limited areas. Having to go to an inn to interact with a dresser to change glamour plates would still be annoying, but it's lower down on my list of things that need changing about how glamour works in FFXIV.

Yup... That damn dresser have done nought but delay what we actually needed.

Not to mention that a properly made log would be a net positive for their servers seeing how it would take overall less storage space than the additional inventory we were given instead...
