    I Recovered My Main, My Friend Deleted Him. Help!

    Hello,

    I recovered my main character, because of a security issue I had with loggin in. I fixed that issue, and recovered him. I invited a friend over to play, while I was AFK, he thought it would be "funny" to delete my character and tell me to just get it restored. I have already restored it once, is there absolutely ANYTHING I can do to get my character back? I am genuinely almost in tears in frustration and how much time I had in that character.

    Please, any help/advice will be appreciated!

    P.S. I am no longer friends with that specific individual.

    Could always claim you were hacked and an unauthorized person was on your account. Not really wrong and it might put you in another category for GM consideration and might even expedite the process. Of course, you'd need tone able to contact SE for this to work. GM are human, so hopefully this will be an easy fix. As for your "friend"... Forgive him. FF14 is a game and friends are important-even blockheads like that. Get your char back and make him buy you TacoBell.

    Do you happen to know how I can email support directly, I already filed a Character Recovery request ticket. Do I have to wait to hear back, and then reply to that email? Just wanting to clarify if there is a way to directly email support/GM team.

    Do you get monthly email verifications for paying your sub? That might work. Another possibility is using a 3rd party account to submit the complaint on your behalf. You could also try contacting customer support if you can find the number. OR, you can trying making a forum in several areas to try getting administrations attention (desperate mode).
