    Broken Physics at above 60fps

At 60FPS the physics works phenomenal!
    The hair and clothes etc
But the more you go above 60fps the more "stiff" the physics become, sped up sorta
I guess the physics is tied in to the FPS.

There's been a few reports on this and we all hope it can be fixed.
It would be a shame to see this work go to waste.

We shouldn't have to cap my frame rate in a premium pay monthly game to 60fps.
Everything else is great in 144fps.

    Specs:
    Windows 10
    Core i5-9600k
    GTX 1080
    16GB RAM

Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

Have you tried updating the graphics drivers?

Yes, latest driver. I don't think it's a driver issue, everyone I know on 144hz sees the same, 1 of them having an RTX 2070 super GPU too. I'm sure it's the way the game handles physics.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this issue happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I've tried everything, in fact I thought this was normal, I've played the game for years at 90-100 FPS which is the frame rate I usually get due to playing in 1440p. During this time, I've did multiple upgrades to my PC and multiple windows reinstalls. I only noticed the physics were so much better at 60 FPS when I was playing around with frame rate.

Here is a video I found:

Please don't tell me you find this to be acceptable.
It looks very unatrual, hideous, very amateur, and very unprofessional. It's like everything is in fast forward.

I think I have just the thing for ye; don't use the ingame refresh rate thingy, lock fps in your driver settings (I locked mine to 90 because 165hz was making my 1070 scream like someone's coming at it with an axe); let the game just run without vsync (windowed fullscreen).
I've not seen anything like what you're experiencing. But I might be an edge case in this.

Vsync, gsync, nothing. Always the same. 90fps does look okay, 90 is what I average, it's not bad but it's still definitely sped up Vs 60fps. You can tell this was designed with 60fps in mind. It's the higher above 60 you go the worse it looks.
