    Game black screens after exiting game.

    Good Morning,

    The game does this at least once a day for the past couple of months and I hear from another friend of mine that it has been happening to him for quite a bit longer. I saw an old closed post with no resolution due to the OP not responding but has this issue been looked into yet?

    What have you tried to alleviate the issue? Additionally could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
