Charity Event In-game?

I wasn't sure where to post this, so I apologize if it's in the wrong thread.

So a few of us wanted to hold a charity event for breast cancer awareness in-game. We wanted to provide a link players could make donations to during the event. However, I don't know if this is a bannable offense. Would this count as RMT?

I did a quick search but couldn't find an answer to my question. Any assistance in this would be amazing. Thanks!

Yeah, I wouldn't do this.

Especially if you are giving away things for donations.

Yeah, we specifically avoided the idea of giving anything away. We were hoping to have a few performances instead. But I agree the idea sounds kind of risky.

As much as I really like the idea (charities are awesome) I agree with what Valkyrie said. Sounds rather risky with the rules. Maybe make it a livestream event or something on twitch or youtube? Not sure what the rules are on that though to be honest.

Defintely is rather risky because money is being exchanged andn I believed a topic like this came up and it was removed over the summer

As for rules

You will be bound by in game tos and the tos they have for live streaming which would be the material usage license. Always read it through as it gets updated constantly.

Lastly I suppose you could reach out to GM in game for clarification but you may have to wait a bit for them respond to you.
