    Actually i do not think it is, if you fly up it looks like it is on the mountain and i looked at the map and it does not fully correspond to Castrum Marinus, my personal theory is that is was intended for HW but got cut in favor of the new Dreadnaught.

    It is information from an official source. The reference in that link has slightly more information about it than the gamerescape page itself does.
