I keep having a bug loop of error code 3085 during character creation

Thank you for the quick response. I am connected with ethernet cable, and I tried this on my alt account and it seems like it's working perfectly fine. I tried deleting the local saved content and it still is not working with my main account.

By meaning alt account, I have a completely different account, not a character.
