    Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

    Are you connected to the router directly through an Ethernet cable or are you using WiFi? Additionally if the error occurs on one character. Could you delete the locally saved content (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV).

    Thank you for the quick response. I am connected with ethernet cable, and I tried this on my alt account and it seems like it's working perfectly fine. I tried deleting the local saved content and it still is not working with my main account.
