Idea for drop rates + instanced content.

This happens in any MMO when you are playing with other people regularly, IE an LS, you make a schedule and everyone is supposed to turn up on time.

For bigger instances it's ok, as I've said (perhaps in 2.0). Right now with the current ones, or future such instances we're allowed more flexibility. Besides, I can drop out from a party after a few runs in favour of some other LS mate who wishes to do it.
