ShB only has Tactician, a mitigation that does as much as dismantle but twice the cooldown.
Refresh is not needed, old Tacticien isn't either.
But Palisade had its uses, there were phases were the boss would do nothing but auto-attack the tank (Think about Kefka)

One of the biggest problem MCH, it does support DPS but with only one support ability. It goes the same with BRD/DNC, they have rDPS but beyond that their support is fairly weak.

I'm not for a res, it has many problems and there is definitely going to be a "res toll" that will be nothing but a burden when no one dies.
But I'm not against the idea. We lost the ability to make a difference in a group, ranged purpose is to only bait mechanics except there is one mechanic to bait every 6 months. And most of them can easily be done by a caster.

it only has Tact because bard and dancer has the exact same skill with the exact same cooldown and effect its more of a glorfied role skill than somthing that MCH activity owns.

Look im down to have support MCH as a selfish Ranged dps makes zero sense in the definition SE has for ranged dps being half half, but ShB has made it very apparent that the devs do not wanna go this route so why even bother instigating it when BRD support is lacking. We gonna have SAM and BLM get a random res?
