ranked pvp mounts?

Yep some mounts and other things in this (and other games) are limited to a certain time period or event - that's good.

If people were able to get all the "nice things" from content that requires special effort or was available only for a limited period then it belittles those rewards.

I love mounts, and want to collect em all, so it really bothers me that there is ranked PVP mounts that are limited time.
I'm not saying take them out entirely, because it's supposed to feel special to place in the ranking. (But it does bother me that Ishgard ranking did not get mounts but PVP does)

Maybe make a glowy version that is top 100 only while putting the default in somewhere else. This would only work for future mounts, so maybe previous mounts could get a recolor? They could still be PVP only, maybe even feast only.

It just.. really sucks that there's all these cool mounts that are for a limited time, for a limited amount of people, and there Nothing you can do if you don't get it. It's a shame how much work no doubt goes into those mounts and I haven't seen a single one actually being used by a player in game

(Personally I think it best if they get titles showing what season they won and maybe like, top 100, top 50, top 25, top 10, but I doubt they'll do that)

either do the content or don't. Don't ask for a participation trophy for not being there.
