Add choices of difficulty to party finder.

Specifically I want the option to limit the item level of everyone to minimum of the duty. Thus adding a hard mode. Maybe have an achievement for completing all dungeons on hard mode.

Minimum ilvl is already an option. It’s in the duty finder options, the cog wheel at the top of the DF menu.

And there’s no achievements, but things like orchestration rolls and TT cards have a higher drop rate when done on minimum ilvl.
