-Platform: Windows PC
-Error messages received: 90001, 90002, 2002
-Wired or WIFI connection: WiFi and sometimes wired
-Other programs being used when running FFXIV: Chrome (for Lodestone), sometimes none
-When disconnect occurs/How often: Always, has never been able to connect to Balmung for 7 days to be exact.
-Everything you have tried to resolve the issue: I have contacted chat support and we did all troubleshooting steps to no avail.

Also interesting to note that I tested and am able to connect to Japanese servers without errors.
