-When disconnect occurs/How often - Variable. Sometimes once every few minutes. Other times, one/twice an hour
-Everything you have tried to resolve the issue:
Raised 2 tickets with in-game support. Advised/have done the following:
- Used Google DNS
- Renewed IP address and DNS
- Disabled firewalls/added FFXIV to exception list
- Restarted modem
- Tried the connection with and without a VPN
- Forwarded ports based on portforward.com
- Disabled UPnP
- Changed data centre, then switched back to Chaos

Happens to my partner (Kiara Blackstone) too. We're both on Moogle. However our internet is not dropping, and our ISP have confirmed that they have not made any changes/updates at their end recently.

This has only started to happen since the start of September 2020.
