    Getting 90002s daily. WinMTR showing massive and constant packet losses no matter what time of the day due to NTT Communications located in Dallas, Texas AND San Jose, California.

    ae-2.r24.dllstx09.us.bb.gin.ntt.net
    ae-0.r25.dllstx09.us.bb.gin.ntt.net
    ae-2.r25.snjsca04.us.bb.gin.ntt.net
    ae-5.r24.snjsca04.us.bb.gin.ntt.net

    These four have been the absolute worst with packet loss and unresponsiveness.
