    Can not enter the game after choosing the character

    I am getting a "Connection with the server was lost" 10105 code, in the chat support they told to me that "I must wait to the server to recognize that the character is logged out", and it has been more than 24 hours already so... really?
    I am paying the subscription and all, funny thing is that my friends who are free players are playing and I can not enter... anyone knows what can I do?

    If it is only happening with this one character, you may want to try deleting the locally-saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.
