doesnt look like thers much interest in this.i think most RPers stick to their linkshells. you get an occasional out in the open RPer. There are many, especially since Besaid was unofficial RP server, but again it seems they stick to their shells, like turtles o.o

STORY:

Once long ago, residents of Eorzea participated in what was known as Behests. Random people were grouped together to wage battle against their enemies, and in return they received excellent skill and experience points.

As with most things, people took it far too seriously. Some of them raged whenever a fellow party member wasn't attacking the correct enemy... People had to be told to chill out and calm down, while others just needed guidance.

It could be said that Behest needed some policing...

Thus Behest Police was born to take charge!

STORY: Lunos was born in a village among the deserts of the Domai continent, where his people were strong mystics and sorcerers, placing thier faith and devotion into the stars themselves, surviving a troubled birth and born under the symbol of thier most treasured artifact, the Luna-Magus: A pitch black book adorned in silver binding and a cresant moon encrested into it, he was given the tribal name of Moon Wolf, thus his name "Lunos Lupus".

When he was still an infant, his village was caught in a deadly battle between the two nations of Doma, Domai's leading kingdom, and Bal'norg, a port nation that controlled most trade routes between the continent and it's neighbors. Sadly the village was decimated, many of the Za'tui tribe were killed, and those who survived we're captured by either nation. Though the Spinner smiled upon the infant Lunos along with the Luna-Magus itself, being held and covered by his parents in order to protect what was most precious to them, had been discovered by an Elezen military strategist, Yamaro d'Celesto, who not only had friendly relations with the Za'tui in the past, but had strictly advised against the location of the Village as a place for conflict, blaming himself for the loss of so many innocent lives. He concealed the child and after both armies retreated to thier encampments, he fled with Lunos, and the book, in hand, sneaking aboard the first cargo vessel out of Domai and to Erozea, where he raised the child as a nomad, adopting Yaro as a grandson, one could say.

Lunos was a very intelligent youth, by the age of 7 he had already gone through several books on stars and celestial bodies, age 9 books on strategy and martial law were like novels to him. He enjoyed reading and study, just as much as Yamaro did in his youth, . However, Lunos had only scratched the surfice of his intellectual desire, untill his 12th year when, against his grandfathers word, he had dug through Yamaro's chest, containing the rarest books he had collected over the course of his life. This is when Lunos had layed his eyes upon the black book, with it's silver bindings. Unable to resist opening it, he was exposed into a universe of knowledge that put other books to shame. Of course he was scolded and the book was taken from him before he would delve too far into it.

Since then, Lunos had been interested in the use of magic and had practiced it, studying books on both Conjury and Thaumaturgy, being well adept at both. On his fifteenth birthday, his Grandfather had finally decided it was time to tell him the truth about his family, his ancestry, and the book:

"Long ago, in a more primal and young world, there lived a civilization that had written a book. This book was unlike any other though, it's pages of vellium and it's bindings pure forged from otherworldly material, the book contained a wealth of knowledge that shook the universe, and your village was named after them, the Za'tui...They were the great sage-scholars of old and had mastered AND dual wielded the powers of Black and White magicks. However, the people grew arrogant, and considered themselves equal to the Twelve. To quell this foolish ideal, the Gods took action and cleaved the book in two. So that the power of the Za'tui would be cast down. Half of the book was given to those who would agree to serve the purpose of the life-giving Light, the other half was given to those who sought to learn the ways of destruction. Thus, the Devout and Luna-Magus were born, and so ended the Za'tui..."

When Lunos was 19, his Grandfather passed away, leaving him with everything he had, all locked away in the chest, and of course, the Luna-Magus itself, feeling that Lunos was still not ready to delve deep into it's pages, but also that perhaps he would in time. With Yamaro's passing Lunos was left all alone, and so set off on his own to travel abroad and learn more about magic, seeking out skilled practitioners and learning from them.

Finally we come to this point, Lunos is 24, and a young genius, a military strategist, a highly skilled practitioner of the two schools of magic, and quite the scholar as well. With war seeming more imminent in the world, Lunos wanted to do what he could to help, joing the company in Ul'dah, the Immortal Flames as a militant advisor for hire. However, his compassion he had inherited from Yamaro left him to realize just how war affects others, as much as it affected him, to respond to this he has formed a "school" of sorts, taking in anyone and everyone of free spirit and a desire to learn and fight, training mercenaries that would assist anyone of any allegence against a common enemy, naming it after the man who saved his life and raised him from an infant, The Yamaro School of Martial Law was born... Lunos still travels abroad, seeking to learn new things, even going beyond the call of the mage and showing an interest in the martial arts, a practice that was a pinnacle aspect of the Domai...
