    how about use glam from mods some mods have nice glam if they added to the game well nice

    Not gonna happen for legal reasons - they cant just use someone elses creations, not without permission anyways. And even with permission (and maybe even some form of payment) its to much of a legal hassle.

    Acknowloging something thats against the ToS (aka mods) that way might also be something they dont want to do, even without the legal trouble involved.

    If someone designed a nice glam they can always submit it to the periodic glamour design contests that SEQX does.
    That's where the Skallic, Bonewicca, Lost Allagan, and Late Allagan sets came from.
