Hello fellow gamers. I know we all love playing FFXIV, despite its flaws, because we know its an amazing game. But it can be better, and I want it to be the best it can possibly be. And to do that, it needs more representation.

So I know you guys have all done this, and its annoying. How often have you called a phone number only to be greeted by an automated menu? You press and press and press buttons over and over again only to be greeted by more canned voices telling you what to do. Its a system that plagues the entire world.

And Square Enix is no stranger to this method of screening calls. It seems like cries of "representative" into the phone go unheeded, and you're trapped in a never ending string of robotic voices telling you to press 1 for some option you never want. Its finally time for SE to bring its call center the representation it needs to serve the community.
