Fatal DirectX Error (11000002)

Got a new PC running yesterday, played the game for the majority of the day without any complications. Same for this morning, however a few hours into playing, I run into a Fatal DirectX Error (11000002). This completely closes the game, It happens anywhere between clicking Launch on the game and within a few minutes of being loaded into the game.

I have tried everything from underclocking, changing resolution, clearing caches and cookies, changing game settings... The list goes on and on, I have not found a solution and am hoping to get help.

Have done a full system reset, underclocked, changed BIOS settings, changed frame rate caps in and out of game, disabled full screen optimizations.. Nothing.
No other program is having any issues, I have tried several other games all running Dx11 and none have brought up any issues. I am leaning towards the problem being something with the current patch of the game, having seen several other forum posts about this topic that usually point at the issue appearing after a recent patch.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs
2) Remove any mods or injectors from the game or system
3) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
4) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything
