I'd definitely change them, things have been stale for a long while now.

The first dungeon I'd create is an open one, a undead swamp village where the final boss is a Lich in a closed off church. In order to get to this church you'd have to navigate a swamp filled with miasma that drains HP and silences you, there are save zones where you can pull the trash mobs you trigger. There are 4 boss zones 2 of them contain a pack of trash mobs and a Necromancer and the other 2 contain
boss minions of the Lich, one of them breaks the seal so if you're lucky you get to fight the Lich right after, the trick is that these 4 zones are random so every run will be different.

The second one is a long hall dungeon in a lab of sorts where the final and only boss is an abomination with 3 phases, every room you enter has trap mechanics you need to activate when retreating in order to slow and weaken the abomination, the Tank would need to hold it off until the gates are nearly closed so everyone has enough time to activate traps.
