Guaranteed dungeon gear drops

I love the system in place where you a guaranteed a piece of gear for the class you're on, from a dungeon when completed. But this isn't implemented for the max level dungeons.

Is this something that could be added to the max level dungeons to allow people a way of farming for glamour items (or sometimes for some players better gear!) without worrying about the curse of RNG?

In the upper ones, you don't even get a guaranteed piece of something for the class you're on, like you do as you're leveling. I wish they did that with all dungeons, upper level or not. So at least even if treasure chest RNG wasn't good to you, you'd get SOMETHING just for your class at the end.

I understand why they don't do it for current endgame dungeons (they want you to grind it for a while so it's deliberately not there by design), but I wouldn't mind if they added something to endgame dungeons from previous expansions to make getting gear easier. Either do what leveling dungeons do or maybe even make drops coffers instead.
