Character Window Dark Theme issue

Hello, I have an issue with the Character Window Dark Theme. I use Dark theme but the Character Window is stuck in Light Theme just like in the picture below:

I tried resetting the Theme settings to default still no changes seems like Light theme on Character Window is stuck forever, on another character works fine no issues, its just this one character where the issue is.

Can someone help me fix it, so the Character window is also in Dark theme?

You're at the Wolves' Den with the PVP version of the character window. It does that while you're there - possibly since even before the "light theme" was a thing.
