Could anyone help me figuring out what skin tone this Xaela is using?

I've been trying to figure out how to make my Xaela look pale without looking too gray at the same time. When ever I think I have found it, it looks terrible in game. I've been looking at other peoples characters and found this character which I liked alot and thought I would be able to copy whatever she/he was using. https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...91707/#profile But I just can't.

It looks like a very pale grey.
