Honestly i just think the idea of competitive crafting dosen't work in this game or probably in others for that matter. Ultimately crafting is a math problem to be solved even with the rng of expert the goal is to find an optimal priority for skills including when to simply discard a craft that wont meet a minimum score. Your ideas to mix up the procs some isnt horrible but i still doubt that a third party app wont solve it faster then a human. Limited turn ins and rng means that you just keep throwing attempts out untill you get the perfect draw of rng you want. Theres no scripted system of judging skill that isnt vulnerable to scripted abuse.
