Cant Launch Game From Steam

Hi im have trouble launch game from steam i click the play button it go,s to the first load screen then just stops i have try uninstalling both steam and the game twice still with no joy did a reinstall of c++ still nothing ran both as administrator nothing cant verify files on steam as the button is greyed out its like everytime i download the game its missing files somehow even tryed to launch form the exe file all i got was cant boot for this file i turn off antivirus software still did,nt work so i have run out of thing i can think of so if anyone can think of a work around that would be great.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this issue happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
