Did you race change, and did you stay?

I have spent sooo much money on fantasias. Not because I've bought so many but because I name change each time...stupid need to have a lore friendly name ugh.

But Ayuh'ra started as a moon cat then consumed a free fantasia mid ARR to go Duskwight (as a BLM, I thought Duskwight racials would make a difference). Stayed Duskwight until mid Heavensward and went back to moon cat (free fantasia).

Stormblood I skipped so I played it after Shadowbringers came out and I wanted a fresh start on a new server so I chugged a fantasia and lost my mind.

Went sun cat > Viera > Duskwight again > back to moon cat. At this point I have to accept this character is a Moon Keeper named Ayuh'ra. I mean his name is my forum name even.

I've made an army of alts with the looks I like most in other races and that's slowed my fantasia addiction down to reasonable levels. I just wish my real money purchases on Ayuh'ra were account wide.

Several times. Always back to midlander tho. Tail clipping drives me up a wall.

I've since stopped changing race.

I've been everything except Roe at one time or another, and always end up switching back to my male midlander due to animations, body shape, and clipping issues with other races. Hoping they add a male viera for me to try, but not holding my breath.

I started out as a male Elezen because I didn't want to play as a 'human', and I gravitate toward elves - but I disliked how 'deer-esque female Elezen are. Soon after, I discovered how cool Femroe are and fantasied into one. When I came back a month ago, I briefly fantasied into a Viera at my GF's suggestion, but quickly became frustrated at the lack of hair choices and how stiff and lifeless their animations are. It took like a week for me to fantasia into Fem'ra, which feels just right. Not quite as imposing in my DRK/PAL glamours, but absolutely adorable the rest of the time.

Also after playing through Stormblood, the Xaela are rad. Sadu is amazing and super intense, I wish they were more of a major character than they are now.

A few times, and always went back to Keeper of the Moon. Reason being the lack of hairstyles (when tried to be a Veena), and/or awful emotes/animations ( when tried Midlander)

I was a Raen Au Ra of all things when I started. Tried half of the races by now though the mundane and underwhelming nature of midlanders seems to suit me best. I am just a boring person.

Was originally a Sea Wolf Roe, made it because I played a Galka in FFXI and swore to never change race until we got a beast race. Hrothgar came, changed to it, never looked back since.

This was it for me honestly, I started back a few weeks ago with some friends with a fresh new character and server. Started as a Viera but the lack of head options and lack of decent hair choices bugged me. So I ended up as a Roe. Reaaally enjoying her.

Don't get me wrong I loved the Viera look, but lack of options really didn't work for me lol.
