    What is Earth Time

    I have an event that is suppose to start on Tuesday at 7 PM (Earth Time).

    Can anyone tell me if that's GMT, EST, PST?

    If that's an EB invite, it's your local time according to your system settings.

    ^This. It's literally your local time based on the clock settings for your PC or PS4 (same goes for the 'Local Time' setting in the game's GUI).

    The invite for the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding automatically adjusts to the invitee's local time based on their system settings so that there is no confusion and having to manually check time zone charts to adjust it to your time.
