What are the largest issues plaguing XIV currently?

After 10 years of playing, this casually-elite player, as I call them, is a very small, but VERY vocal community imo. Because, like all children, they want to stomp and stamp and throw a tantrum when they do not get their way. And the bad always stand out more so than the good.

The biggest problem is that they are so vocal SE tends to pay them way more attn than they deserve and others let them taint their perceptions of the community much more than necessary.

honestly you can say this until you queue for mt gulg on a dps, and your dps partner doesnt use any AOE skills.
I had asked them nicely, to help AOE 5 minutes earlier they still didn't.
So after 20 minutes when you're ONLY AT THE 2ND BOSS, do you not hit a boiling point and want to vote kick or just log out?

People who play like this are detrimental to others' experiences. So i don't think its fair to just write off votekick or vote abandon as a "tantrum" when the run is this cancer.
