    Lack of communication with the EU/NA playerbase.

    I don't consider random stream events communication that matters. Most of the forum complaints feel like they go into the void.

    I believe we need a question & answers on most live letters for each category and per region, for JP, NA and EU separately.

    Something like:
    - Combat, rotation related per role (9 questions)
    - DoH and DoL (6 questions)
    - Dungeons and Exploration content (6 questions)
    - End game content, Raids (6 questions)
    - Glamour, Gpose, Hairstyles, etc (6 questions)
    - Lore (6 questions)

    They don't have to spend much on it just anything to let us know they are listening.

    And if it's too long for a live letter on stream, maybe a text version on the forums would suffice.

    Better severs for NA/EU.
    JP has far better servers. Which is why we see JP openers, JP strategies that we cannot do on NA/EU becuase it is very risky with our severs.

    How predictable the game is starting to become. At this point the next expansion can be predicted with a very high-% of certainty. Like final gear level, number of level and cap dungeons, number of trials, trial side-story in x.2 and a solo instance in x.3 to make way for a story trial, when raid and savage will drop, when relics are added and so on. At this point it's the third time we're doing the same patch cycle almost to the T.

    Also glamour really needs an overhaul with how it works.

    for me it goes as follows:

    Difficulty
    More or less in normal progression and dungeon design being shockingly hollow, they are capable to turn it up to 11 but they just don't. Popular counterclaims include "New players would ruin content and make it slower" or "FF14 is supposed to be a casual game" which has merit to a degree but lets move one

    Job Difficulty
    Different than progression and content, the job themselves seem far too mindless with maybe 2-4 exceptions. Tanks and Healers dont need a reminder as to why their jobs plummeted and some changes seem so curious. again counterclaims include "So they can focus on other elements so you dont suffocate on ur own job", "We need less Action clutter" and "Jobs dont need to be difficult to be fun" but the jobs that were altered or lack of meddling such as SCH, DRK, SMN, MCH, BRD, AST, MNK RDM,, and NIN weren't celebrated and even the new jobs feel far too safe and will definitely be a point of interest when their "new Job" Status wares out

    Housing And Exploits
    Goes without saying really, the Housing economy froze and will not likely return until society has stabilized and beyond that many players exploited the system to buy out wards which goes under the radar most of the time. Luxury item but a issue

    without being petty these are the bigger issues for me and im sure im forgetting some

    Im sorry but i could not disagree more.
    Jobs have less buttons now than we had in HW. Infact, jobs like WAR and MCH have LESS buttons than they did in stormblood! MCH has something in the area of TEN less abilities than every other job in the game, WAR has 1-2 less buttons than every other DOW job excluding MCH to the point where i genuinely had empty spots on my highest priority and easiest to access hotbar.

    Jumping from ARR to HW, they didnt remove ANY skills and you know what everyone did to get used to these extra buttons? They used the HUD editor given to us in game, changed our HUDs around and added some keybinds. It only took a day or two to get used to it. I dont see what is wrong with that at all.

    That being said, i do think that some jobs (like tanks) should take notes from how PVP does combos, and just have the combos be 1-2 buttons, so 1 button for the whole souleater combo for example, pressing 1 button 3 times instead of 3 buttons 1 time each. That should solve the perceived "button bloat" problem that some people have for some reason, while cleaning up a bit AND allowing SE to expand upon jobs mechanics with extra skills and abilities, everyone wins.

    All character models lacking a proportionate butt to the rest of their bodies. I cannot tell you how many time the flat rear end of my characters has put me off from where certain glamour in game just because of that. Its just....disturbing how plain flat all our character's butts are! And 2B's butt is not a fix, we need something permanent in order to give our characters the proper lower body proportions they need.

    Spending a lot of dev time on content that nobody(or only very few people) really asked for and therefore becomes very niche.
    Examples: Lord of Verminion, Mahjong, Duty Recorder, gpose stickers, unreal dungeons (people want midcore dungeons not reclear arr trials), Umbrellas, some housing items that they said were difficult to make, flying in old zones, newgame plus.

    I am not saying that these are bad things, just the dev time they used for those could have been used for something else.....

    The fact that no one on the balance team seems to actually /main/ a healer. A lot of complaints are being made about difficulty but frankly I don't think we can actually tackle the issue of difficulty until we actually have someone who understands healing at all levels in this game to both design for those classes and to then go on to design encounters to complement them. Hell they don't even need to hire anyone to fix this issue, just tap the top healers for each job and have them do some consultation work. Or, you know, actually spend more than five minutes in the healer subforum. It can be a dumpster fire at times but most of the proposed fixes being put forth there are actually really, really good. Regardless I don't think we're going to see any increase in difficulty until the developers start to understand how healing actually works in this game.

    I personally enjoyed "new game+" Soloing Heavensward (Until Nidhogg trial) was a blast.

    I'm glad you mentioned umbrellas though. Cuz what am I gonna do with a fuckin umbrella.

    I have an issue with features in the game that seem to be forgotten about almost every patch. Why doesn't the achievement certificate vendor get updated every patch with new stuff? Why after so many months do we only get 1 or 2 new things to buy in the Gold Saucer? Why do we get a Kaiju Mech fight, but not a new Deep Dungeon?
