FFXIV is too simplistic and bland

Not to say XIV can never be complex or hasn't been before but these suggestions won't necessarily make it so.

It’s not going to change at this point. We’re a base game and three expansions in now, so we are closer to the end of FFXIV’s life cycle than the beginning. And the formula (of all the things you seem to dislike) has been the same since ARR.

Whether you’re right or wrong about the “blandness” is irrelevant. If you expect massive changes to the game at this point, you’re going to be disappointed.
