90006 errors PS4

Hi,

For the last few days I've had constant disconnects with 90006 errors on PS4. I've tried the trouble shooting methods I've seen on other posts with the same issue and had no luck, I have the relevant port ranges open on my router. I have tried connecting via WiFi and LAN and the issue is the same over both connections.


The issue seems to have coincided with the drop of the most recent patch (5.31) as I've not experienced this problem since picking up the game in December and playing on a near daily basis.

This is happening both with my main character on Ultros (NA) and an alt I set up to test the issue on Cerberus (EU). I'm able to play other online multiplayer games without issue as well, so the problem doesn't appear to be on my end.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

Edit - this is also happening when I use my mobile phone data to connect.

I have same problem and still dont have ANY solution for this problems(90002 and 90006)

Update - now having 10104 errors when attempting to log in.

Update - still having persistent 90006 disconnects on Ultros, as is my husband (also PS4 and LAN connection.) Disconnects are a little less frequent now, every 15mins or so instead of every 2-5 mins. Haven't tried on Cerberus yet, will edit to reflect once I have.

Edit - connection on Cerberus is now stable, half hour no disconnects or lag. I'm going to set up an alt on a Japanese data center to see if I can replicate the issue there.

Connection issues persist on Primal data center, no issues connecting to EU / Japan.

Having the same issue in leviathan. Also on ps4 and also started ever since the last maintenance.
I've even had all three (90002, 90006, and 10104) in one day.

Update: All 4 including 2002.

That sucks, I think a lot of people are having the same issues. I've got friends who are as well, though they don't use the forums to talk about it.

I'll keep updating on any progress, if any, and hopefully the issue resolves soon.

i had it , i thought it would be because of my wifi since i saw on my phone it had struggles to connect, but all fine now ... so not sure why :C

Still having issues, only on NA data centers now. Slightly longer times between disconnects but I can't get more than 20min without getting a 9k error disconnect.

Even Lamia? I've been mostly in lamia via world visit since it's still a standard world while leviathan is congested, and I haven't experienced any errors yet.
