Dancer lv 60 weapon

I just assigned a retainer the dancer job, just to realize the lv 60 weapon is nowhere to be found outside crafting one or using poetics.

Did I missed the npc vendor somewhere? Kugane's npc starts at 62, and Ishgard's npc lv 60 weapons doesn't include (with reason, indeed) Dancer.

You can get a lvl 60 Dancer weapon with Poetic Tomestones. Talk to the Poetics NPC in either Idylshire or Ishgard.

It's 600 poetics for the 270 ilvl Augmented Shire Dancer weapon.

You can also farm SirenSong Sea dungeon for a green lvl 60 weapon.

You get the "High Steel Charkams" (Lv60 DNC weapon) when you unlock the job. So, there is no Lv60 DNC weapon you can buy at an NPC Merchant.

The only other options you have at level 60 are the Shire Glaives (Poetics) and the Kinna Glaives (Heaven on High).

Ho I know, that is reason I wrote "outside crafting one or using poetics" in my first sentence.

But point is, at 60 I can buy with a bunch of Gil every other job's weapon but Dancer. I think it was overlooked you can also set Dancer as retainer job, when it wasn't added a 60 weapon to NPC. After all, if you get one when you get DNC job, why do you need another one from NPC, right? *retainer staring at me*

Actually, the same applies to Gunbreaker as well. Both Jobs were introduced with Shadowbringers and give you the Lv60 weapons when you unlock the jobs. If you go further back, there were no Lv50 vendor weapons for the Stormblood jobs and the same for the Heavensward jobs. No Lv30 vendor weapons.

However, they have added a few more weapons along the way, for instance in the Gold Saucer. Those have updates items, in this case up to the Stormblood jobs.
