Received an extremely prompt response for a report I filed from Gm Azilenmity.
Very kind and professional and answered all of my questions about the process.
As someone who has played 15+ years of other MMOs i've never once seen this level of player care and support. I'm truly humbled.

Watch out if you're up to no good because FFXIV has Gm Azilenmity on the lookout.

I never even made an account on this forum, but I wanted to take the time to create one and say thank you to GM Azilenmity for a very fast and professional response after a report I made on September 20, 2020 (about an hour later after the report - I was not expecting that fast since it's on a weekend and very late on NA servers). It's very heartwarming to know that the players' voices are heard even after so many years into the patches, and I just want to say thank you for your time and effort, GM Azilenmity!

This GM helped me on July 14th. He was really friendly and polish, replied in a timely.
And he spoke simple English slowly for me. (because I'm not good at English)

Received a very quick response to my report I filed in game, tonight of Nov. 9th (CST)
GM Azilenmity was very kind, though straight to the point with helping me look to solve the incident that took place this evening.
I've been very thankful to have help from all the GM's that have taken time to assist me since I started playing in the FFXIV community.
However, with that said, I've been most pleased with the assistance that GM Azilenmity has provided me tonight.
