the reason i am asking is not because i want it to be like xi where it took months and months to level a class. i agree with yoshi's vision that a casual player should take right around a month to cap a class. of course a hardcore player would cap in way less time than that, but that is not my point. yoshi stated his idea of a casual player as someone that plays 1-2 hours during the day and then plays a few hours on the weekend. that's 7-14 hours on weekdays and i'll even say 4 hours on weekends. going by those low numbers that's 11 hours a week and 4 weeks in a month that's 44 hours to reach cap.

it can be done nowhere near that length of time. it would probably take someone a total of 6-10 hours to reach cap using a power leveling party. that's just too fast in my opinion.

i'm not saying someone should have to play 10 hours a day each day grinding to get a capped class in 6 months. i'm not of the xi mentality either, but i think xiv went from one extreme to another.
I agree with 3-4 weeks but why do you care so much if someone takes 6-10 hours in a PL party? No one really really learns their class until they start doing end game content anyways and chances are PL or not your gonna run into baddies in PUG groups anyways. I think people put way to much emphasis on how someone levels and not enough on the fact that some people are just bad.

To be honest the only Issue I think you have with it is you leveled to 50 before PLing was available and are pissed because people have an easier time at it then you.
