Incase you didn't know, you don't often get to do chain 5+ while soloing or duoing. Getting leves requires either tons of spare anima, or running around not getting any experience. Experience rewarded per mob kill also goes up every 10 levels, so that at level 30+ you're getting more experience per mob than you were at level 10-20.

40-50 is also done in a group setting and can be done with people that are level and gear capped without taking a toll on your earned experience. You have almost your entire arsenal of skills at your disposal, and the ratio of damage you do compared to a monster's health is large. 1-30 is done solo, with rags for gear, and with limited skills and combos. Monsters die slower because you do less damage, and a single death will set you back anywhere from 5 minutes of lost time to 30+ if you forgot to set your homepoint.

If you're just looking at the amount of exp needed to get from level to level without factoring in the other dozens of variables that affect leveling speed, you're dumb.
