Option to wear armour sets from different classes as Glamour for other classes

I'd like it as a reward for leveling other jobs, maybe with various milestones.

For example: Paladin with a level 50 trait 'Fending armor mastery' that lets you glam level 50 and below tank armor over other gear.

Paladin, Warrior and Dark Knight would have Armor Mastery Traits I, II, III and IV at 50, 60, 70 and 80 respectively.
Gunbreaker just gets the IV at 80, you got to do some tank leveling to wear the gear guys

Similar set up for other roles, and other classless jobs.

Potential technical limitations aside though, I still can't see them doing it. Would ruin a good source of easily recycled gear for glam rewards
