Unable To Recieve Yo-Kai Event Mount

I did the Yo-Kai event and I'm unable to receive the Jibanyan mount. It states that I need all 17 weapons and I do have every single weapon.

The achievement doesn't even show up when I look in the achievement log. I was able to receive the two Whisper mounts, but I can't receive the Jibanyan mount for some reason.

Can somebody help?

No, that's the thing. Jonathas doesn't have it to give to me, It doesn't even show up. I've made sure I have all 17 weapons and it still doesn't show up.

if you don't have the achievement then that's a problem that needs looking into. otherwise jonathas will have nothing for you.
did you get the cutscene of wandering minstrel when you got the final weapon?

I did actually get the cutscene, but I didn't get the actual achievements. I'm not sure if something bugged, but the achievements don't even show up in the achievement log. I haven't found anyone with the same issue so I'm in the dark here.
