1. How long have you been playing?: A bit more than 7 years, since the ARR closed Beta.
2. What server(s) do you live on?: Excalibur, my 4th server to live on.
3. Your character's race?: Female Miqote
3a. Do you have more than one favorite race? (Only applies to who fantaisa or have alts): N/A
4. Any favorable glamour 'sets' you wear a lot?: My caster glamour which uses the Eikon Corselet of Casting and the ruby tide longkilt? looks like dark chain robe bottom.
4a. Expanding on 4, what kind of glamours make you go "what the heck"?: Unintended usage of Costumes like Moogle head with something not fitting.
5. What's your main job and why?: RDM because I perform well on it like I did with BLM but with much less stress and less galaxy-brain thinking. RL had me exhausted and RDM is a blessing.
5a: Do you play more than one job?: RDM and GNB mainly. I do use NIN and WHM occasionally.
5b. That ONE job you want to pick up and "git gud" at?: NIN. Tremendously fun but I'm not very good with it.
5c. Which job do you dislike and why?: MNK. Its really not my playstyle. Really boring ÌMO
5d. If FF14 could have job from another game in the franchise, which would you want?: CHEMIST
6. What kind of player do you call yourself (ex: Rper, casual, raider, social, crafter, all-rounder, etc)?: I suppose ''retired'' raider? I basically only do battle content and help people with it.
7. What's the "typical day" for you when you log on (don't have to go into detail)?: Everyday. I also AFK everyday lol.
7a. Anything that you "must do", because it's "required" that makes you annoyed?: Cap tomes. Cap Tomes. CAP TOMES.
8. Favorable parts of the game that make you happy?: The little references in every content. the story theories. Discovering a new job.
8a. Least desirable parts that the game could be improved on?: Dungeons in general could be improved, both on difficulty and rewards. Heck make a entirely new level with no effect on the story. Otherwise, there's nearly no point in being in the multiple maps. Some incentive would be great.
9. When you use the DF, how many times have you had a "bad experience", and what happened? (can be vague or skip this): Kinda hard to count but I probably got in the 100s ranging from ''ice mage'' to ''you don't pay my sub'' while passing by some high-end elitists ''Your DPS is trash''.
9a. Any pleasant experiences when using the DF?: Many. Either the silent super fast run, or the goofy run with another helpful mentor or the runs with a team full of talkative sprouts that listens!
9b. Any improvements you think the DF, in general, needs?: Make unsync faster to access, allow to queue multiple instance while unsync. Allow to queue for multiple roulettes (assuming you fit the team settings).
10. If you could have ONE QUESTION answered by SE's Developers, what would you ask them?: Will you guys ever create battles that involves multiple floors like say a generator is on the second floor and is pumping the boss.
11. Your favorite primal?: Primal in the lore sense of things? Lakshmi or Shiva. Trial? Nidhogg.
11a. Favorite NPC?: Alisaie
11b. Your favorite mount?: Alte Roite because Danger Noodle with Neo Exdeath theme.
11c. Any certain fight(s) you like doing over and over?: The Second Coil of Bahamut Turn 4. Yes T9. Also Nidhogg. And Ruby Weapon.
11d. How about a song you'd enjoy putting on repeat?: SIT DOWN CUZ I HAVE LIST. Long Fall (Twinning), Ruby Weapon, Revenge Twofold, Dragonsong, the Omega M/F theme, Shinryu, Oblivion, Neo Exdeath, etc.
12. If you could have a house in any zone, where would you build it?: In the Hinterlands or the Azim Steppe. Alternatively, the not beach part of La Noscea.
12a. What region do you find yourself AFKing the most?: In front of my house in the Lavender Beds.
13. Anything else you wish to share?: SE pls make more battle content. Put rewards (achievements) based on personal skill or team skill. Like clear Amaurot in X time, clear X with no deaths. Give us a reason to return to older content other than just cuz.
Also, Mentors, you are supposed to help people new and old with their issues. Not berate them. We've all been through those experiences at some point. Just being a supportive pillar in a party can help many feel relief in their potentially first instance tanking or first trial healing. Sure, they don't pay their sub but you never know, that newbie you help may one day a fellow team member in new content! Be excellent to one another!
