This is a possible bug in quest dialog.

Date & Time: (Any)
Frequency: (Any, it's in a quest)
World name: (Any)
Character name: Kris Goldenshield
NPC name: Francel
In-game time: (Any)
Area and coordinates: The Firmament (15,11)
Steps: -
1. Enter the quest "To Thaw a Frozen Heart"
2. The NPC/Dragonman "Marcelloix" Asks "If I may task you with the dye, then, it's two pots of cream yellow I require. It matters not whether you make it yourself or purchase it."
3. We can not make cream yellow dye. It is only available from NPC for purchase.

Easy Fixes: Change the dye to "Honey Yellow Dye" or "Millioncorn Yellow Dye".
