ive slowly been cheking them as i happen to be in other cities, there are some items of note there even cheaper then in uldah, but if no one checks, then you wont know that

Yeah, I've been seeing a few more things pop up but not enough yet. I mean people are basically being forced to leave Ul'dah in order to use the wards so we should encourage that trend.

Well, that's exactly the problem. It's a network effect. Nobody sells in LL or Grid because nobody buys there. Nobody buys in LL or Grid because nobody sells there.
