I am having the very same problem. I can't put my retainer in the correct ward, or the related wards. Namely Grocery, Fieldcraft, and Tradescraft. It's the server merge that caused this problem, since my server now must be having 3 times population from original. LOL. I temporarily solved the problem by using the stall. Coming back to renew the lease every 24 hours would be annoying, but at least it's better than having no spot
