X-box one Controller randomly stop responding

the symtomp is if i attacking while moving controller stop take input suddenly , and whatever i input last still going

atacking some then move out for dodge aoe but then my controller stop response and still keep moving the direction i input last cause me to to hit corners or probably off the cliff in some boss fight , and cause me unplayble in the hardcore content

its seems to happen only this controller and only in this games , so far no i havnt found any solution at all

it is up to date driver , i did try another controller which is another old Xboxone controller i have which have a problem on its own but not to another PC

what i notice is that its only have a problem with this game , and i realise its problably some sort of driver conflict in which i do not know which driver

so yesterday i reset the whole PC and install Win10 again , its seems to fix it temporarily , then the next day it start to happen again but not as often .

- Disable all other device drivers, leaving the mouse, keyboard, and controller as the only active devices.
- If you are using a specialized gaming keyboard, try using a different keyboard to ensure there are no conflicts between the devices.
- Try unplugging all other devices and only plugging in the mouse, keyboard, and controller.
- Make sure Windows has been fully updated from the Microsoft/Windows Update website.
