    Seasonal Quests in New Game+

Something I'd like to do is play back through the seasonal quests as several of them have long running plot threads and it'd be a good refresher to familiarize myself with the characters.

It'd also be really awesome for SE to add the retired crossover quests to New Game+.

I think it'd be fun, but I doubt it'll happen.
If I can just do the rising whenever it won't make me log in when it's active. I'd be able to stay unsubbed and just do all the seasonal quests I missed when I came back.

Only during the relevant events though. So if it's Moonfire Faire time, then you can replay old quests through the NG+, however if no event is ongoing then you don't have access to any of those previously.

That would probably make the most sense, assuming that's reasonably doable for SE.
