I said many, not all. As for what the vendor has, I was sure a few of the gender locked outfits could be exchanged, but then I doubt I will ever play a male character, so I've only looked once.

I have a good about 8 of those sets for female. I should be able to exchange them for the male set if i should change to male. They all have equivalent of 4-5 pieces each.
