    While I see how it might be interpreted as offensive, those initials could mean anything for all the GMs know and for most people LGBT people included. So it shouldn't be unless you explicitly give it an offensive meaning.

    Some one was banned for making there FC initials ERP, so I don't see any reason they wouldn't ban some one for something similar.
