    Is Fantasia even a thing in the FFXIV-verse.
    And I mean legit does the world in itself-mention it and know about it? Did that Random Roe in Armor recently use a Fantasia and they were previously a Elezen?
    Is there a BlackMarket or a Salon that sells it and deals with completely revamping a persons whole appearance?

    Considering glamour is canon, I like to believe fantasia potions are too but - as their very tooltip states - they're extremely rare, probably bordering on urband legend. At least that's the excuse I used to explain why my Roe was suddenly a Hroth without retconning his entire backstory.

    Not to mention the narrative mess it'd imply if they were accessible. Imagine if anyone could pull a Mystique? there'd be spies everywhere
