FFXIV has tons of politics, religious elements, and several characters who have opposite sex attraction or are/have been in opposite sex relationship. This argument is complete nonsense.

Even if it's so. If People's define herself over their sexuality then something is not right with them. It is screaming for attention.

Like i wrote before, your sexuality is yours and yours alone. Do whatever you want in real life but leave it out of a Game.

Puberty blockers are literally given to cis children as a treatment for various medical conditions, i.e. precocious puberty. There's nothing experimental about them. They're also fully reversible and normal puberty will commence shortly after they're taken off of them.

Not that I'd expect people here to do the actual research, as they have proven numerous times already.
