Hard to say, most reaction time tests have been of simple binary green light red light visual tests- or of athletes. A FPS would have a lot of confounding variables, not least of which is the sampling bias, fps games are marketed towards and played by teenage boys primarily, so that's going to influence any results.

Anyway, age is a much larger predictor of reaction times than gender, but I don't see any suggestions that 40 year olds be kept from competing in the same eports leagues as everyone else.
